Alana Kolundzija works at the intersection of public health, empowerment of women and girls, and reproductive justice. She applies an intersectional feminist approach to asset-based community development and results-based accountability with a focus on equity and gender transformative approaches.
In her role as the Director of Strategic Planning & Corporate Affairs at CenRID, Alana provides vision and leadership for the team’s approach to childhood education and gender programming; ensuring optimal execution, management and strategic partner engagement to achieve high quality results.
Alana has 15 years of experience collaborating with international bilateral donors, private foundations, UN agencies, private companies, and leading NGOs. Alana holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health from the Department of Socioeconomic Sciences. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
