Michael Obrain Ben Gondwe is a Social and Development expert with 13 years’ work experience at strategic and operational level in program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Michael has vast experience implementing and managing community projects using the Rights Based Approach (RBA) and providing strategic leadership to the program team, ensuring coordination and timely implementation of different projects, quality control of program outputs and overseeing that there is adherence to planning and reporting timelines. Michael has hands on experience and expertise in result based management i.e. developing performance monitoring plans of the result chain, target setting, budgeting and focussed implementation
