Symon Chiziwa has a Ph.D. in Teacher Education (University of Malawi, 2015); Master of Arts in Education in Curriculum and Instruction (Virginia Polytechnic and State University, USA,2004); Bachelor of Education Honors in Educational Psychology (University of Malawi, 2001) Bachelor of Education (Humanities) (University of Malawi, 1990). Symon Chiziwa is former Dean of the School of Education at Chancellor College, University of Malawi and former head of Education Foundations Department. He is a lecturer in Educational Psychology and Adolescent Psychology in the department of Education Foundations at the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. He has research interests in the areas of educational change and Language and Education.
